The Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) provides state and local agencies with a streamlined way to acquire secure, modern technology services. Through our DIR cohntract, Simpat Tech offers public-sector organizations an easier, compliant path to access high-quality engineering, cloud, and software development support.

Through this contract, Simpat Tech offers deliverables-based information technology services (DBITS) across several service categories:

  • Category 1: Application development, maintenance, and support; technology upgrades, migrations, and transformations; and ERP-related services.
  • Category 2: Business intelligence, data management, analytics, automation, and data warehousing.
  • Category 3: IT assessments, planning, IV&V, and advisory services for procurement, market research, and contract implementation.
  • Category 4: Project and program management.

Warranty Policy: “We warrant that all services provided under this contract will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards. Any defects or non-conformities reported within 30 days of delivery will be remediated at no additional cost to the customer.”

Return/Cancellation Policy: “Due to the nature of software consultancy services, ‘returns’ are handled via service credits or task adjustments as outlined in the specific SOW. Subscribed services or milestones may be cancelled according to the termination clauses defined in the DIR Master Contract.”
